Our version of the classic American Pale Ale, inspired by the iconic Sierra Nevada brewery. As our founder says, “It’s the reason I have a brewery.” This beer offers a delightful combination of sweetness, citrus notes, and a floral finish, thanks to the careful selection of Centennial and Cascade hops that set it apart. A true paradise in every sip.

On tap at the brewery pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is light citrus hops and some cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice citrus hops and cereal malt.

A golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with smooth floral hops. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, a bit light but o.k.. On tap at Craic Pub.
