Very hazy, banana-yellow colored, medium soapy head, good lacing. Aroma is of wheat, strong hoppy fruits and tropical fruits, citrus, spice and a bit of yeast. Taste is medium sweet wheat, some yeast, spice, moderate tropical fruits and citrus, low to medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Very nice Nelson hoppy aroma! Bottle past it’s prime so it’s probably even better.

Very hazy paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, thin and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. A light sourish grape brings some white wine vinegar. Touch of coconut on the light finish. Tried this on keg and bottle but both times the vinegar started to grind after awhile.

Nice creamy longlasting head, quite hazy. Aroma is fresh fruity, fresh hops, sap, fresh wood, citrus peel, grass, spices, leafs, hints of tropical fruits. Taste is fresh and dry, leafs, hops, hay, light malts, citrus peel, lawn, fresh wood. Medium bitterness, dry and fresh mouthfeel. Not a typical witbier, but still very nice.
