A very herbacious example of a pils. Light citrus zest notes, pale grains. Light bitternes, very crisp finish, quite nice. On tap at the brewpub. B

SMASH Nelson Sauvin : A blonde pilsner with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, smooth fruity biscuit malt with grassy catty hops, resinous and very nice. In mouth, a nice smooth biscuit malt with fruity esters, catty hops, light yet pleasing. On tap at Sherbrooke location.
