Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours black with a creamy tan head, light lacings. Aroma of hard roasted malt, wood, rich licorice, a little sourness, tart wet wood, oak, little dark fruit, sherry, as it warms i also get some sour cream notes. Flavor is light bitter, roast malt, licorice, tart woody, little dark fruit, alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry finish with warming alcohol. Ill take the normal version any day. 080417
