Horizon and Pacific Jade Hops supported by 2 Row and a blend of specialty malts. For dry-hopping we used more Pacific Jade and Caliente Hops. So grab a pint, look east and watch the Half Moon Rising.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was an orange/amber color with a slim little white head that left some light stringy lace in its wake.
The aroma shaped around floral to citrusy hops coating some sweet biscuits and decent toffe malt base.
The flavor tried to blend between the malts and the hops, running in and out of bitterness to sweetness of the two. Semi-sweet hoppy to bitter yet malty aftertaste sliding into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Low riding carbonation feels good. Balanced malty to hoppy aftertaste.
Overall, pretty good AIPA that I could have again.

An orange amber ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with good floral hops, grapefruit notes, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with floral hops, good white grapefruit pulp, very classic.
