On tap at the brewpub.
Hazy golden pour, small white head. Loads of funk upfront. A thick lactic funk. The smoke adds a big bacon aroma, mixed with the lactic funk, it’s reminding me of carbonara. The carb is quite soft, and the mouthfeel is perfect. The flavor is quite tart, and sour, with a light bitterness. The finish is again quite big on the bacon, and smoke, with more of the creamy lactic funk. Super interesting, and quite impressive.

Enjoyed on tap at Bellwoods Brewery in Toronto, ON. Appearance looks like raspberry candy elixir. Aroma of sour cherries, smells nice and sweet. Taste is nice, light dry cherries, finishes sour, overall nice for the style. Would have again.

A hazed light yellowish blonde with a thin white head. In aroma, a smooth lactic malt with light fruity notes, decent. In mouth, a smooth creamy fruity malt with lactic acid and peated malt, refreshing.

Cloudy pale blond color without head. Very unusual, yet interesting aroma, with bread and light smoke, light lactic acid too, bread dough. The mouthfeel is dry, but not weak; there are notes of bread, lactic acid, light smoke; the acidity is moderate, less than traditional Berliner Weisse. The final is a bit astringent; there is a lemony touch; but that bread feeling that sticks on the teeth is lovely.
Amazing.

This smells like smoked gouda. Taste is sour, low in carbonation. Definitly a sour mash vibe here, with tons of flavour and palate for such a low alcohol beer. Not used to this style being so good. On tap at brew.pub
