A dark copper amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with grainy notes, and light butterscotch. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with british hops, smooth butterscotch, well made.

I preferred the regular bitter a little over this. Still good for style though. Pours with good head and carpet lacing. Orange clear. slightly below average carbonation, good for English style. Aroma of malt and hops. Crisp, slightly bitter finish. Tap at brewpub.
