Blond color, hazy, with small compact head. The aroma is too light, just an impression of cereals. Some malt flavor, with dry mouthfeel and ordinary bitterness. Almost a Pale Lager, not even an ale; too simple.

As Aloha Blonde. A blonde ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, grainy malt with light solvent notes and sulfur. In mouth, a clean crisp malt with light sweet notes. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30, 2012.
