Cloudy gold pour, small white head. Aroma of sharp grassy hops, and solid cereals. Light tropical fruit, and a medium bitterness, round out the lively carb. This to me is more of a belgian ale, im not getting many saison traits here.

Draught at C’est What, Toronto
Hazy blond color, with creamy head. Light aroma of crispy malts. The mouthfeel is quite weak and watery, light malt flavor, ordinary bitterness; very light spicy profile; ordinary bitterness.
Simple.

a lot of these saisons ive been having recently in this Ontario saison wave have tasted dangerously close to lagers. This smells a touch like hay, a touch like barley. Theres at least a little bitter follow through, nice and grassy. Pours golden lager, slight lacing. At least it gets a little better as it goes. On tap at barvolo

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a smooth sweet fruity malt with bananas and cloves. In mouth, a bready malt with light banana and cloves, nice and smooth, wit like. On tap at Session 99, June 23 2012.
