A very lightly hazed amber ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, strong butterscotch and rum, berry notes, rather cloying. In mouth, a smooth sweet lightly smokey malt, scotch like, light sweetness remaining in finale, fresh, smooth, not bad. On tap at brewpub Dec. 16 2011.

First thing that comes to mind is pork. Not overpowering but decent with some smoke & BBQ.
