Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep golden with an off-white head. Malty and fruity nose, but also an edge of Brettanomyces. Medium body, sweet maltiness - and Brett. Carbonation to the high side. Subdued bitterness. As always, I'm quite fond of Brett, but obviously this is a case of Brett contamination. 010724

Bottled, thanks ZWR! Hazy pale amber, rich firm head. Grassy, spicy nose. Mid dry with medium body and firm, rounded mouthfeel. Biscuits and bread with spices and grass atop. Mid bitter finish. Well brewed, laid back lager.

A bit raw. Probably better after some more months in the basement.
Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an ok carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Malty, some cardboard, herbal and mild citric flavor.
