A beautiful orange amber double IPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a nice pungent and floral hops, resinous, with biscuitty malt, light meat extract notes. In mouth, a nice oily biscuitty malt with herbal notes, herbaceous hops, torrefied malts, a bit of grapefruits, nice but not enough roundness. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 11 2011.
