cask days 2011.
light funk, quite a bit of tart fruit, light lactic notes.
quite flat, not much natural carb for a cask. medium funk and tartness on the finish with lingering fruit. nice effort, but a little rough.

A murky amber sour ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, a rather strange herbaceous Epsom salt, cheese, bizarre and unsettling. In mouth, a smooth lactic malt with light buttery notes, cherries, a bit off putting. Cask Days, Oct. 30 2011.
