On Tap at Volo.
Aroma of light tropical fruit, and quite a bit of cereal, and hay. Flavor was bitter, and the sweetness was a little too fruity , and kinda threw things off. Not bad, but a little odd.

A reddish amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a sweet nutty and waxy malt, coffee grinds, mash tun. In mouth, a sweet maple malt with light grainy notes, nutty barley suger, not bad. On tap at Volo , Oct. 29 2011.
