A golden amber Marzen with a thin white head. In aroma, mineral malt with grassy hops. In mouth, a crisp alt with light mineral notes, sweet, a bit cloying. On tap at Knoxville Brewer’s Jam, Oct. 22 2011.

Clear deep copper colored body that sits beneath a tall, mostly white head. Big candy malt aroma. Nutty. Light malt sweetness in the flavor with little or no hop flavor or aroma. A bit thin.

Growler pour courtesy of jcwattsrugger. It pours amber with off white head. The aroma is mildly spicy and earthy with crystal malts in the background. The taste is pretty crisp and fresh and offering up modest notes of spicy hops, earthy hops and a sense of floral hops as well as some sweet malts and sweet crystal like malts.

@Knoxville Brewers Jam-on tap-pours a creamy light tan head and gold/amber color. Aroma is sweet malt, pine hops. Taste is sweet medium malt-some smoke/peat, pine hops.
