The second in our Pro-Am series with local home brewer Keith Antul. Hazy-ruby brown rich malt blends with banana and alcohol in the nose. Complex Bock malt flavors of spicy clove, chalky yeast and warming alcohol meld together.

A hazed reddish amber bock with a thick mocha head. In aroma, a spiced up funky dark fruits with light fusel woody notes. In mouth, a nice burned caramel with light licorice and nice smooth warming alcohol, chinotto herbs, very nice. On tap at Meadhall, Oct. 10 2011.
