Draft at the Greensboro location. Pours a hazy amber color with a medium sized creamy white head. Decent head retention. Faint aroma of toasted malts and grassy hops. The taste is toasted malts, strong grassy hops, some apple. Medium bodied, refreshing.

A golden ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, a chalky mineral malt with light epsom salts. In mouth, a smooth grainy malt with nice German hops, nice bitterness, well balanced German beer. On tap at Greensboro location, August 14 2011.
