A hazed golden hefeweizen with a thick creamy off white head. In aroma, pleasant banana esters, solvents, nice. In mouth, a light hefeweizen with bananas, cloves, light lactic notes, light bodied. On tap at Twin City Brewfest, August 13 2011.
