Redsmith is a copper-coloured IPA hopped with Centennial and Cascade. It is a traditional, balanced IPA with a nice malty base and is brewed with a heathy dose of these American hops, giving it a good robust bitterness.

Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Serious Redsmith ].Light unclear medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, sweet fruit, sweet hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet fruit, sweet malt, caramel, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask gravity at the 2016 pigs ear beer fest. A clear amber copper coloured pour with a a lasting loose greyish beige head. Aroma is tangy red berries, woody, piney hop, bark, . Flavour is composed of earthy woody hop, red berries dry bready malts, dirty earthy pine needle. Palate is dry and grainy, light bodied, dry finish.

Cask @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Deep amber with a thin head. Has a sugary-fruitiness in its nose with a mild sweetened fruitiness in taste, within an easy-drinking sessionable texture.
