A copper amber ale with a thin creamy off white head. In atoma, sweet and fruity esters, light cheezy notes, some light floral hops, a bit strange. In mouth, a smooth sweet and grainy malt, a bit of rice wine, nice smooth hops, interesting. On tap at brewpub, July 11, 2011.
