Nice aroma of funky yeasty hops. Some light barnyard, with some light earthiness. The body is light and the carb is a little high. Dry finish and a touch of funk.

Alter Novis 2: A lightly hazed amber saison with a thin creamy off white head. In aroma, a wonderful Brett, hoorseblanket, creamy, chalky, epsom salts, smooth and pleasant. In mouth, a clean smooth saison with light fruity esters, mineral, light Brett, medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, 5th Anniversary party, April 30th. 9-3-8-3-15
Alter Novis 4 A hazed orange amber saison with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, light pinhey hops, all nice and smooth. In mouth, a smooth mic of citrus pulp, light Brett, and pungeant yet restrained hops, beautifully done. On tap at brewpub, Oct. 14 2011. 9-4-9-4-16
