330ml bottle. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy, minimally papery, tropical fruity and slightly citrusy, concentrated hoppy aroma, notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, some quince, orange zest, pale malty background with hints of almond. Taste is bitter, citrusy fruity, grassy, slightly tropical fruity, resinous, minimally papery hoppy, pale malty backbone with minimal residual sweetness; dry, bitter, papery start, slightly fruity middle part (quince, passion fruit), intense, citrusy finish (lemon, grapefruit), some zesty aspects (orange peel) throughout. Oily texture, dry, simultaneously minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. A bit disharmonious, slightly overdone, too concentrated, partially surpressed fruity flavours - not bad, still improvable.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of exotic fruits, hops, lemons, malt, and a bit of alcohol, leading to a bitter finish

Bottle @ Fox & Hounds. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and flowers, with mild estery touches. Bitter flavour of hops grapefruit, and grass, with sweetish touches of malt and yeast and hints of fruit. Malty and hoppy aftertatste. Well, definitely not bad, quite enjoyable, actually, but I am used to sweeter beers of this style.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A pale amber pour with a thin white head; aroma of sour grains; grainy taste with a light but firm bitterness; then a fruity finish with well hidden alcohol. A rather good West Coast style DIPA.

Rocky white head left a froth on an unclear honey coloured still body. Confectionary aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with a clean back. Bitter stewed fruit, stone fruit, malt & confectionery tastes with a long tangy finish. Lacking.....
