A hazed golden weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant epsom salts and light strawberries. In mouth, a smooth Berliner Weisse with epsom salts, light acidity, and fresh cereals, light and quaffable. On tap at the brewpub, April 5, 2010.

on tap-pours a white head with some lacing and slightly hazed gold color. Aroma is some spice, nutmeg, light malt. Taste is tart lemon/unripened peach (apricot), some spice, nutmeg, light malt. Occasional.
