A light golden pils with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, a good sweet malt with claky notes, german hops. In mouth, a nice little pils with crisp malt, light German hops, could do with a bit more crispness. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 11, 2010.
