A copper brown ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, maple caramel with nutty butterscotch notes. In mouth, a nice peaty malt with some nice nutty notes, sustained smoked malts, a bit light but quite nice. Cask at Syracuse Real Ale Festival, Oct. 25 2009.
