A strong seasonal pumpkin ale. This beer was brewed with hand picked pumpkins from Crtitz farm in Cazenovia. They were then seeded, drizzled with honey and maple syrup, roasted in the ovens and added to the mash of the beer. 110 lbs. of real pumpkin meat went into the brew. From there it was spiced with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, star anise, and cardamom. Very delicious beer, pumpkin pie in a glass.

A red copper ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a light sweet mix of maple, and light pumpkin spices. In mouth, a rather peppery interpretation, with some white pepper overlaying the pumpkin spices, a bit subdued. On tap at brewpub, Oct. 25 2009.
