on tap-pours a white ring for a head and red color. Aroma is tart/vinegar, medium fruit-raspberry, funky, yeast, wood. Taste is lemon/acidic, tart/vinegar, medium fruit-raspberry, funky, yeast, wood, dry. To farmhouse/lambic style. Occasional.

A reddish framboise with a thin pinkish white head. A pungenat aroma of raspberries pulp in maple syrup, very nice tart notes. In mouth, a nice acidity, with tart raspberries, like a classic Framboise (Lindemans). A proof of good gluten free beer! On tap at brewpub August 2 2009.
