(Tap) clear, bright orange amber colour with a small white head; faint aroma of honey; weak, balanced flavour with a long, very light bitter finish

Another nice red amber ale with a darker light moka head. In aroma, more caramel and some cinnamon notes. In mouth, a nutty vienna, with caramel, German hops, crisp and dry. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 17 2009.
