on tap-pours a foamy white head with heavy lacing and cloudy yellow/straw color. Aroma is lemon/some pine, secondary light malt/grain. Taste is dry lemon/some pine hops bite, secondary light malt. Light body-refreshing. OK effervescence.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy pale yellow with a bubbly white head, like no mild I have ever seen before. Aroma had a nice hop presence with pine and a good amount of grapefruit and citrus with a light bread backbone. Flavor starts with strong pine and had a growing grapefruit note with hints of citrus and a bread backbone. Delicious but like no mild I have ever had.

A golden ale with a thin white head. A light malt and floral hops. In mouth, a delightful ale with light malt, floral hops, all restrained, making for a good quaff. On tap at brewpub, Inbièrenationale IV, May 2007.
