50cl bottle from a trade with fonefan, thanks! A clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of herbs, flowers and mint. Taste of mint, plants, herbs, green tea, strange!

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, suger, spice, ginger. Flavor is sweet and spicy, malt, sugar, ginger. Medium body, lively carbonation, sweet and light spicy finish. 100817

Draught, 4.8% at KØ17. I had it noted as Randers Ingefær, but this is probably it. Mild ginger aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour has a good ginger note. Faint ginger burn. Good maltiness.

Sample @ [ DØE - Ølfestival København 2017 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Raasted Ingefær ].Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, ginger - sweet ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, ginger, pale malt, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170519] 4-2-4-3-8

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a dissipating and almost absent white head. Vague ginger aroma. Medium body, yeast, fruit and phenols - I assume it’s the same bland base beer as in the Elderflower version. Vague yet somewhat refreshing ginger notes, with some late hops. A beer made with zero love and attention, just to meet a price demand. 200617

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hopy powerfull ginger aroma. Light bitter powerfull ginger flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. OK balance considering the ginger.
