KOMES POTRÓJNY is a strong, top - fermenting beer with a golden colour. This traditional style was first brewed in the early 16th century following the development of the technology of producing the light malts used in its production. This invention heralded light, top-fermenting beers. KOMES POTRÓJNY is a full malt beer, hopped in open fermentation vats with the Styrian Golding variety. The beer offers a distinctly malty and rich flavour, topped with an explicit hoppy aroma. The key element in the slow maturation of Komes Potrójny is the traditional, labour-intensive method of repeat fermentation in the bottle.

Rocznik 2017 przeleżakowany aż do teraz. Barwa bursztynowa, delikatnie zamglone, piana intensywna, opada bez śladu na szkle. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty czerwonych owoców oraz nuty zbożowe, delikatnie nuty szampana. W smaku bardzo podobnie do aromatu, goryczka na niskim poziomie, nasycenie na średnim poziomie, alkohol niewyczuwalny.

24.06.2021 Aromat przyprawowy słodowy drożdżowy Biała obfita piana pomarańczowe lekko zamglone Smak słodki nawet trochę brzoskwiniowy, goryczka jest fajna kontruje trochę Duże nagazowanie, ciało lekkie, kremowe, ale orzeźwiające, finisz taki przyprawy i alkohol, ale ogólnie niewyczuwalny alkohol. Ogólnie podstępne i nieoczywiste pije się jak jakieś lekkie piwko a w głowie szumi, polecam kupie jeszcze kiedyś.

Kolendra, czerwone owoce, lekko winne - pięknie pachnie. W smaku jest dość płaskie, suszone owoce, przyprawowe, fenole. Barwa bursztynowa, piękna gruba piana ślicznie oblepia szkło. Goryczka średnia, zalegająca, łodygowa, ziemista, alkoholowa, trochę apteczna, dla mnie nieprzyjemna. Piwo jest przegazowane (zapewne przez refermentacje, 16 miesięcy od produkcji), rozgrzewające. Bardzo ciężkie do oceny że względu na skrajności. Do klasycznych Belgów trochę brakuje.

Pale amber colour, medium-sized white head. Sticky sweet, harsh spicey, alcoholic nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish spicey, alcoholic flavour. Not as stylish than classic tripels from Belgium.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Start fine malty, spicy, alcoholic. Some fruity notes, some herbs. Background mild alcoholic. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable for its strength. Not bad.

Bottle shared at BBT 3/2022. If I liked tripels, I would probably like this, it is pretty good. Honeyis, with a bit of green apple. Also moderate phenolics. Med-med-thin body, medium carbonation. ABV is apparent, but not in all its strength. Overall good, I just do not like these beers.
