KOMES POTRÓJNY is a strong, top - fermenting beer with a golden colour. This traditional style was first brewed in the early 16th century following the development of the technology of producing the light malts used in its production. This invention heralded light, top-fermenting beers. KOMES POTRÓJNY is a full malt beer, hopped in open fermentation vats with the Styrian Golding variety. The beer offers a distinctly malty and rich flavour, topped with an explicit hoppy aroma. The key element in the slow maturation of Komes Potrójny is the traditional, labour-intensive method of repeat fermentation in the bottle.

Clear golden color with high white head. Aroma: perfumy, toffee, red berries, light DMS and acetaldehyd . Taste: forest berries, perfumy notes, soapy, DMS. Medium body, high carbonation, moderate bitterness. Once is just enough, slightly better than drainpour.

500ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Pours a foamy white head over a hazy golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Restrained smell of sweet fruits, noticeable alcohol. Taste of spiced fruits, hints of yeast. Ripe fruity finish with notes of alcohol. Fair enough. (Polish beer session together with Finn and djoeye, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 04.11.2020).
