KOMES POTRÓJNY is a strong, top - fermenting beer with a golden colour. This traditional style was first brewed in the early 16th century following the development of the technology of producing the light malts used in its production. This invention heralded light, top-fermenting beers. KOMES POTRÓJNY is a full malt beer, hopped in open fermentation vats with the Styrian Golding variety. The beer offers a distinctly malty and rich flavour, topped with an explicit hoppy aroma. The key element in the slow maturation of Komes Potrójny is the traditional, labour-intensive method of repeat fermentation in the bottle.

Bouteille 50cl, merci Willy. Léger orange, col blanc. Arôme au nez de pomme un peu cidre dans un effet belge en rétro niveau levure. Grains léger, bouquet un peu fermenté, fruité tirant sur l'abricot. Palais est malté, pâle et pils, effet un peu de carton ouillé, petite touche épicée et un effet fruité rappelant le raisin blanc - abricot. Amertume perdure sur la fin, le tout est moyen voire haut en effervescence.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A slightly hazy orange golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of ripe banana, sweet malt, yeast, dough. Taste of sweet and strong malt, ripe banana, dough, yeast, strong and a bit too sweet.

Many thanks to sklezpiwempl for this bottle. Smooth malty sweetish beginning. Grain, round and fruity with a sticky fruity ending. The ABV is not really there, refreshing with mild sourness and fruity sweetish parts.

Butelka. Złote, lekko opalizujące. Piana niezbyt obfita, powoli opada do obwódki. W aromacie dużo alkoholu, ale od razu czuć, że to ma być Belg. Bardziej estrowo, mniej fenolowo i przyprawowo, ale jak już człowiek przebije się przez odpychający alkohol - wszystko jest. W smaku słodkie i alkoholowe. Średnio wysycone. Paskudne.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Fortuna Komes Potrojny Zloty].Clear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, light to moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, fruity yeast, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity yeast, fruity malt, pale malt, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light light alcoholic. [20170614] 7-3-7-3-15
