HUMALA HALKAISI IHMISEN KAHTIA on olut humalan ystäville. Nykytyyliin tää on maltillisesti katkeroitu, hiukka sakea, mallaspuoleltaan raikas & pehmeä eikä todellakaan millään karamellimaltailla turmeltu. Niin ja humaloitu ON. Nelsonia ja Blancia on laitettu reilusti whirlpooliin ja kuivahumalana. Niin, ja tätä erää varten on koestettu panimolla myös hopbackia. Aijai. Me innostuttiin lopputuloksesta, toivottavasti tekin!

(Keg at Kaisla, 20180504, thanks Janne) The beer poured deep amber and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, floralness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy brew with sweet maltiness and nice bitterness.

Draught @ SORI TAPROOM. Deep golden color with a thin white head. Sweet, hoppy, mild malty and juicy. Solid

Draught @ One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Pours cloudy yellowish orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of juicy citrus, pine, grass and fruity notes. Taste is watery, slightly fruity and juicy with some gooseberries, vinous berries, grass, hay, citrus and pineapple. Finish is smooth and sweetish with some hints of juicy fruits and citrus, some gooseberries, caramely malts, hints of strawberries. Tap at Hilpeä Hauki, Helsinki. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Tropical fruits, sweetness, pineapple, fruits, some hops and malts. Problems with hoppy level. Needs more sharpness.
