Hazy golden beer, thick frothy head. Light spiced aroma. Flavour has banana, pepper, a little crisp hop, a bit of citrus zest, a little funky yeast. Doesn't pack that much of a punch for a nearly 6% saison but it's decent enough.

Can from Lidl, Inverurie. It pours lightly hazy blonde with a medium frothy white head. The aroma is soft, bready, doughy, biscuit, pear, melon, twist of citrus, green banana, light nougat, hay and light farmyard. The taste is dry, rather bitter... spicy, snappy, peppery, green banana, pithy citrus, pear, melon, straw, peppery, fragrant, floral, slightly soapy and dry wood with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Interesting stuff, quite a bit going on. More bitterness than it should have imo.

At Indie Beer. Appearance - golden amber. Nose - caramel and dried orange. Taste - dried orange and bready. Palate - close to medium bodied, slight tang. Overall - OK if falling short on the style a bit.
