Gold to pale amber with a light haze. A frothy white head lingers. Aroma full of tangerines with grassy undertones. Taste is a mix of cereals and mild, grainy bitterness, plus a more citric bitterness, with the latter carrying the finish. Medium body, mildly prickly carbonation. Refreshing in the end. Not bad.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of (partly rotten) yellow stone fruit, overripe peach. Taste is slightly bitter and fruity hoppy, minimally sweet caramel malty background, hints of yellow stone fruit, overripe peach and apricot; minimally chalky finish, slightly watery.

On tap @ CBF Düsseldorf. Smooth and grainy beginning. Golden Ale taste, grainy and refreshing. Nice.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Superfreunde GPA Golden Pale Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cereal, grain, fruity malt, moderate to light hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruiy malt, pale malt, fruity, grian - cereal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly piney and discreetly fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit and delicately grassy spots. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry malty base with an illusion of bready flavours and a whiff of caramel, followed by mildly hoppy notes, mainly grapefruit and a cautious piney touch; dry and mildly bitter hoppy finish with a touch of grass. From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight vegetables. Sweet, toasted malty and slight breadish. Dry, bitter and toasted malty. Dry and slight herbal far finish.
