In celebration of Indie Rabble Brewing Co opening soon in the archway next-door to us in Windsor, we collaborated to brew a super crushable and aptly named pale ale. It’s big on stone fruit flavour and aroma, with Mosaic and El Dorado delivering fresh peach, apricot and mango with subtle notes of pear and blueberries.
A backbone of extra pale malt provides a vibrant straw yellow colour, while oats and wheat add a silky texture and a hazy, cloud-like fluffy body.

Can from Art % Craft SW16 02/08/2023 Stone fruit forward with mango and nectarine, some peachy accents, soft sweetish pale malty support, mosaic induced blueberry accents not the hoppy close. Nice one.

Can at home, thanks to James, 22/07/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with a good sized off white head. Nose is citric sherbets, grass, straw, melon, papaya. Taste comprises orange zest, grass, melon, tangerine, soft malts, pine nip, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Okay pale.
