ITALIAN IMPERIAL PASTRY STOUT
Chocolate, coffee, honeycomb, coconut Imperial Stout. So thick and rich in flavour, we took inspiration from a favourite Italian desert and added ALL of the toppings.
This is the result of a wonderful collab with new friends Three Hills Brewing.
Hops: Magnum
Adjuncts: Brazilian Coffee, Coconut, Honeycomb, Vanilla Paste, Cocoa Nibs
Tasting notes: Indulgent, milk and dark chocolate, vanilla, coconut and honeycomb. Complex, with layers of flavour.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is roasted coffee, earthy, chocolate, vanilla, taste is bitter, roasted, coffee, chocolate, cream, little earthy.

440ml can. Jet black colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish and roasty, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee, cocoa, dark chocolate, wafer overtones; maybe a very weak touch of coconut while warming up. Taste is sweet-ish and roasty, chocolately, dark malty, slightly alcoholic, notes of coffee, dark chocolate, dark cocoa, a touch of wafers, Kahlรบa; warming, alcoholic finish. Oily to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather monotonous and not overly intense, I don't really get any cococnut - so-so.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Black pour with a tan head. Enticing aromas of black cherries, dark chocolate raspberry ruffle chocolates, coffee, marzipan. Taste is marzipan, caramel, cherry liqueur, vanilla, dark chocolate, dark roast coffee comes through in the back end. Boozy warming finish. Yum ๐!
