Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of apple and banana. Taste is banana and white bread, light clove. Light sweet spicy linger.

Bottle from Against The Grain. Hazy golden body with a white head that holds well. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of green apple and green banana. Flavour of lemon, passionfruit and chalky wheat. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A tasty beer - I enjoyed it more than the only other Kernel hopfenweisse (Citra) I’ve tried to date.

Tap at Arch 7 kernel tap. A hazedid gold orange coloured pour with a a sticky loose off white head. Aroma is soft wheat bubble gum, grass, orange, hockey puck.., tangerine,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, phenols, rubber, orange rind, light salt. Light tang. Ok, palate is semi sweet, rounded. Grainy, highish carbonation. Ok.. Firm bitterness.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery taproom. Pours cloudy gold with a frothy, pure white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of pale grain, crispy wheat, citrus peel. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation, pretty clean finish, nips of grapefruit, coconut, more wheat flakes. Tasty, quite drinkable.

Keg at Mother Arch II, 13/07/23 Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, melon, light clove, spice, straw, grains. Taste comprises light trace of banana, yeast nip, orange peel, hedgerow, dusty hops, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a dose of light hop bitterness. Solid for the style.
