Poured from bottle @ MBCC 2023 red session (finally adding my notes). Blonde with small white head. Apple, gentle barnyard funk, nice balance, quite good.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a mostly clear bright blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bone dry barnyard funk, crisp dry apple skins, and oak. Flavour is bone dry, with intense apple skins, barnyard funk, and wild yeast. Funky, bone dry and complex. Excellent.

Bottle. Clearish pale golden color with white head. Aroma is green apples, chalky, minerals. Taste is the same, on the green side, big minerals and chalk. Sparkly carbonation. Solid.

During MBCC 2023 Saturday morning session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, and super helpful and funny Rachel, hehe. Very funky, nice dry apples. Very dry in taste. Ok.
