DIPA brewed with a blend of extra light Pilsner malt, low-color Maris otter, malted oats, and a healthy percentage of flaked white wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Citra and Nectaron—a brand new highly coveted hop from New Zealand—then dry hopped with more Nectaron and a wonderful crop of one of our favorite hops, Nelson Sauvignon.
We left the malt bill on this one purposefully light to let the hops shine, and shine they do. The beer is lush and creamy, rife with delicate juicy expression.
We’re tasting fresh squeezed orangeade, lemon-pineapple sorbet, ripe pear, white peach, and gooseberries plucked right from the stem.

Can from CBC - Westford. Cloudy, murky yellow with tons of sparkle, ephemeral head and no lacing. Aroma is honeydew and cantaloupe melon, lemon & pineapple. Taste is lemon & pineapple, faint melon, hint of tangerine and cracker-y malts. Smooth, watery texture, average carbonation, crisp, dry, cracker-y, bitter finish. Aroma is really interesting with taste being a bit less so. Look and feel don't excel.

Aromas are resin, citrus, malt with hints of herbs and cheese. Flavors are similar to nose. Resident citrus come out a bit more along with straw. A little chalky. Soft mouth yet good carbonation somehow. Not bad.

Tap at Peders, Copenhagen (TTO Madness Warmup pre MBCC event, 29/04/2023) - hazed up orange with a white head. Antipodean leaning hoppy medley in play, some white grape, lemon and gooseberry, grass, straw, soft dense malty backbone, medium body, robust hoppy finish. Very nice.
