ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, sweet malt, sweet malt - biscuit malt, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, grass, sweet malt - biscuit malt, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211020]

Draught @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Smooth, slightly malty and grassy with some floral notes, hay and citrus. Decent, but lacking bitterness.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus and flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 201021

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice grass note with a hint of citrus rind and a sweet straw notes supporting. Flavor has similar hoppy notes with grass and a touch of rind with a light sweetness from hay in the finish.
