14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, grass, touch of herb and tutti-frutti. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tart edge. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation.

[ As Le Canapaie 3 Fiori - Special Blonde Ale ].
ABV: 5.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, herbs, hemp. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, hemp, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]

Froh whie faiir mosl diminishing head. Pale ellow colour. Ligh mal and hopp aroma. Ligh bier flavor. Shor ligh bier finish. Oil palae.

Il gusto al naso viene catturato dal floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è minimal, costituito da bollicine a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è contenuto. Sul palato si fermano note di miele, fieno bagnato, metallo e cereali.
