Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene catturato dal floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è minimal, costituito da bollicine a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è contenuto. Sul palato si fermano note di miele, fieno bagnato, metallo e cereali.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, grass, touch of herb and tutti-frutti. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tart edge. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, herbs, hemp. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, hemp, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]

Froh whie faiir mosl diminishing head. Pale ellow colour. Ligh mal and hopp aroma. Ligh bier flavor. Shor ligh bier finish. Oil palae.
