Bottiglia. Sentori di orzo tostato vanno va a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è di persistenza breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Sulla lingua si fermano impressioni di caramello, miele, cereali e frutta secca.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours slightly hazy pale amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, stewed fruits, brown sugar, yeast, boozy edge. Quite sweet with moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation.

ABV: 7.2%. ✅ Clear medium to light amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, herbs, yeast, hemp ! Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sugary, artificial, herbs, caramel, yeast, hemp ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230114]

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are malt, lavender, hops, fruits and yeast. Sweet finish.
