13/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener pre-tasting. Bought at Bies Bryghus, Hobro. Pours clear bright amber copper with a small bubbly/frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, stewed fruits, caramel. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Oily with average carbonation. Nice bottle label, fair beer.

[ As Bies Bryghus TK9 Race Beer ].
ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel - sweet malt, light honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, light honey. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]

Bottle @ Martin00sr tasting. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and toffee. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 140123

Clear light amber, offwhite head. Malty aroma, some slightly harsh hops. Malty, caramely flavour, dry-ish hoppy bitterness, caramely finish.

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops and has a sweet malty finish.
