(Bottle # 725/1000) ABV: 13.6%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cinnamon, raisin, rum, light nutty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy - cinnamon, wood - oak, raisin, rum - barrel, light nutty. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20230107]

El Cat bottle. Pours mostly clear rich deep brown. Merlin creamy tan head, nice lacing. Aroma is kind ofc like an oatmeal raisin cookie; cinnamon, toffee, caramel, rum, vanilla, raisins. Flavor is sweet, light plus bitter. Full body, some boozy heat. Quite nice.
