Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 2. Pours lightly hazed red-gold with a small creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, some tart berry notes, a little salt, low acidity. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Sweet and subtly tart berries to finish. Basic but OK.
