Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear paleish gold beer, untidy bubbly pale cream colour head that lasts no time at all. Thin malts, a thin creamy sweetness. The hops bring a thin but widely spread array of hop fruits. The overall tone is one of floral candy fruits. Light and semi dry finish. Tidy and quite drinkable.
