Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Golden pour with an off white crown formed of bubbles. Nose is orange peel, grass, soft malts, melon, light breads. Taste comprises tangerine, melon, soft malt base, toasted grains, lemon rind. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Ok cask sessioner.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 2. Pours clear gold with a slight, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with pleasant citrusy notes, some pale bread, a little grainy spice, soft yeast. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Sun-kissed malts in the finish, a little honey, biscuits, straw. Enjoyable.
