The aroma is fresh, fragrant, floral, lemon peel, lemon curd, crunchy biscuit, custard creams and toasted grain. The taste is crispy, dry, clean, snappy, bitter kick, fragrant, floral, waxy citrus peel, splash of lemonade, slightly soapy, straw, grass, toasty grain and biscuit with a drying finish. Light to medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Fresh and bitter. Decent quencher.
